About packages and billing
Is anything held back on the free package?
No. Every feature is included in every package. Packages differ only in the number of members, storage and whether you can use your own domain.
Do we need a card?
No. You can start free without a card, and paid packages are paid by bank transfer, so a card is never needed.
How are paid packages billed?
Paid packages are billed annually, by bank wire transfer.
Do paid packages renew automatically?
No. There is no automatic renewal. Each year you decide whether to continue.
Can we use our own domain?
On a package without a custom domain your church website runs on an Ekksy subdomain such as yourchurch.ekksy.com. The comparison above shows which packages let you connect your own domain.
Where is our data stored?
In the EU on every package, including every file you upload.
