Ekksy is a cloud-based church and ministry management platform that provides tools for member management, event coordination, and volunteer organisation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Each organisation account may have multiple users with different roles. The account owner is responsible for ensuring all users comply with these Terms of Service.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use Ekksy to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Use the service for commercial purposes outside its intended use
- Reverse-engineer or copy any part of the platform
Intellectual Property
Ekksy and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ekksy and its licensors. You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform.
Limitation of Liability
Ekksy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties. In no event shall Ekksy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
